Our story: Born from a unique collaboration
This company starts by producing panel construction solutions and later expands production to large-scale, sustainable solutions, including charging stations.
NieuweWeme is starting an ambitious process with We Drive Solar to produce the best bi-directional charging station for public spaces in the Netherlands.
NieuweWeme is taken over by Koolen Industries, placing the focus entirely on sustainable solutions for the energy transition.
Vigor Charging was created from this collaboration. One party with a particularly strong network and an unprecedented amount of knowledge and experience.

The future
Real V2G experience
At Vigor, our technology is ISO15118-20 certified. Our chargers, in collaboration with We Drive Solar, are the first to actually charge back to the grid. One of the best-known projects was in Utrecht, where 1,100 charging stations were installed, making it the first bidirectional city in the world.
This was done with 25 Hyundai Ioniq 5s. This will continue in 2023 and 2024 with V2G-enabled Renault 5s.
